We are not in network with any insurance companies. We believe we should be able to treat you the way you need to be treated, not the way insurance companies dictate we can. We are happy to provide a super bill (receipt with diagnosis and procedure codes) after your visit, so that you can file for reimbursement with your insurance company. Unfortunately, due to Medicare laws, we’re unable to accept patients aged 65 and older. We’re here to help answer any questions you might have about this policy—just reach out!

Yes, there’s plenty of free street parking available near our clinic! You’ll find spots on Pendleton Street, Washington Street, and N Columbus Street.

The best way to reach us is by text or email! As solo practitioners, we don’t have a front desk team, so we can’t answer calls while treating patients. But if you text us, we’ll do our best to respond between appointments!

Absolutely! Kids are always welcome here. Dr. Evans, a mom of three, understands how tricky arranging childcare can be. We even have toys to keep your little ones entertained during your visit. That said, if you’d prefer a quieter experience, coordinating childcare might be a good idea.
